The exclusive amenities at this hotel were outstanding. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, with a steam room and full, body massages that were extremely relaxing. the rooftop pool and sun loungers were an added bonus, providing a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. the restaurant and bar area served a delicious buffet breakfast, with special diet menus available upon request. In, room breakfast and private facilities made it feel like a home away from home.
While my experience was overall exceptional, I did encounter one minor issue. the make, up services were not up to par with the rest of the luxurious amenities.

This hotel is a great choice for families since it offers small, fully-equipped apartments with kitchen facilities and a washing machine. The hotel is conveniently located close to Deira City Centre Mall and the airport. It is also easily accessible by metro train. Guests can enjoy the excellent breakfast buffet at the nearby Pullman Hotel and a refreshing dip in the hotel pool. the staff is accommodating and polite. The large balcony is an added bonus.
In one instance, a guest had trouble with their card failing to swipe at the hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also appreciated the easy access to the large shopping mall, which is just a short walk away. Moreover, the hotel facilities were modern and catered to our needs perfectly. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and contributed to our overall positive experience.

Clean rooms with comfy beds, close to a mall with useful laundry facilities. Pool and bar area are impressive and offer great views. Staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. Good value for money and convenient location. Ideal for families.

The spacious apartments and the warm and helpful staff made me feel at home. The location was convenient, next to a mall and a few minutes away from the airport. I recommend Pullman Residences for a relaxing stay in Dubai.
